Sell and Save Rebate Program Terms and Conditions

REBATE OVERVIEW

ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS

All products supplied by the above Suppliers are eligible for this Rebate.

For a full list of eligible SKUs, head to ‘My Account’, ‘Download SKU’,  ‘Downloads’， click ‘Product Info, Price & Postage’ and filter column AE. Alternatively, search the ‘V number’ in the Dropshipzone search bar to explore products.

RETAILER PARTICIPATION

1. This program (“Sell and Save Rebate Program”) will apply to all Eligible Transactions that occur from the Commencement Date until the End Date as outlined in Rebate Overview (“Rebate Period”);

2. All Approved Dropshipzone Retailers (“Retailers”)  are invited to participate in Sell and Save Rebate Program;

3. An Eligible Transaction is defined as the purchase of a product which falls under the conditions outlined in Eligible Products;

4. An Eligible Transaction only includes transactions where the order has been dispatched.

5. For the avoidance of doubt, this program applies only and exclusively to the purchase of recognised Dropshipzone SKUs on Dropshipzone.com.au as outlined in Eligible Products;

6. A "Business Day" means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or gazetted Public Holiday in the State of Victoria, Australia;

THE OFFER

7. Dropshipzone will refund a rebate to Retailers based on the Rebate Rate as set forth in Rebate Overview;

8. The Rebate Percentage is determined by the Dropshipzone Supplier.

9. The Rebate amount is calculated based on the individual, total order transaction value on Eligible Products and Eligible Transactions during the Rebate Period;

10. The Rebate earned by the Retailer will be payable daily, once the eligible product has been dispatched;

11. The Rebate earned will be paid daily to the Retailer as credit in their Dropshipzone account’s wallet;

12. Each payment of credit will expire 6 months from the date of issue and cannot be refunded or transferred to other forms;

13. Expired Rebate credit are not recoverable and hold no cash value;

GENERAL TERMS

14. Payment of credit is at the final discretion of Dropshipzone. Credit may be withheld and/or cancelled if Dropshipzone determines that a Retailer has abused, misused or otherwise dishonestly or deceptively participated in The Exclusive Retailer Rebate Program or manipulated the results of their participation.

15. Dropshipzone reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify a Retailer from being awarded a rebate where Dropshipzone determines that a Retailer is not in accordance with these terms and conditions. Dropshipzone may either disqualify a Retailer or modify, suspend, terminate or cancel The Exclusive Retailer Rebate if this program is interfered with or the program is not capable of being conducted as reasonably expected due to a reason beyond the control of Dropshipzone, including technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

16. Dropshipzone is not liable for any loss, expense, damage or liability that may be suffered or incurred by a person in accepting and using the rebate. 

17. Dropshipzone may alter the Rebate Rate or the End Date in the lead up to the beginning of a new calendar month based upon participation and market conditions.

18. Where there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Retailer General Terms of Use, the latter shall take supremacy.
